If your question concerns research for a master's thesis, do not use this
form. Instead, you will need to fill out a "Graduate Research Service"
information form and submit it to the library. You can obtain the form
at the CSUS-Stockton Library or the main library in Turlock. You can also
send a note by email to requesting that a form be mailed to you.
It is often helpful for the Reference Librarian to speak with you on the
phone to clarify your research needs and discuss different available options.
