For Help: Brief Guide to Using PsycINFO
A subset of PsycINFO, including only the full-text of 40+ journals published by
the American Psychology Association (APA).
Reviews of current books and films compiled by the American Psychology Association. Also includes reviews published after 1996 in the APA's previous review publication, Contemporary Psychology: APA Review of Books.
Note: Includes only the text of a review of each book. To find the book
itself, search the Library Catalog or WorldCat.

Index to over 8 million articles published in over 3000 periodicals, including 2500 peer-reviewed journals representing all disciplines.

Government Information
The University Library has a small collection of federal and state documents. Most of these publications
are not listed in the Library Catalog. If you identify a publication via the U.S. GPO or California State Library catalogs, check with a
reference librarian to see if it is available in the University Library's collection.

Search for statistics on wide variety of topics compiled by over 100 U.S. government agencies. See also the list of topics and agencies from their web site
Government statistics can often be retrieved via general web search engines (e.g. Google). However, when using such a tool, be sure to evaluate the authority of the source.
Hint: To search only government agency web sites, add "site:gov" to the search box or choose
Domain: Only: gov from the Advanced Search menu.
